Exotic Oil Masters is a manufacturer, importer and distributor of the finest grade “A” top quality oils, lotions, body sprays and shower gels. We have a huge selection of over 1,000 fragrances in stock and continuously growing daily. Our products are 100% free from alcohol like traditional perfumes and colognes.
Exotic Oil Masters prides itself in knowing it has the best quality, long-lasting, and true fragrance oils, lotions, body sprays and shower gels in the business.
There are so many low quality and inferior products in the market that consumers are not getting their money’s worth. Here at Exotic Oil Masters, quality comes first and we take great pride in knowing that we have good customer retention because our oils speak for themselves…simply the finest oils. We ship nationally through all of United States. Our orders are processed within 24 hours.
COMPANY POLICY
MINIMUM ORDER
First Shipment must be a minimum of $30.00 (PREPAID BY PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD ONLY)
NO CASH REFUNDS. Merchandise exchanged only within (7) days of purchase after we have granted authorization. We recommend ordering 1 oz sizes as a sample tester. Any returns will forfeit shipping and handling charges on charge back. After the first order your information will be placed in our database. No private information, email addresses or phone numbers will be given to any third party.

Online – You can place your order online any time of the day using your credit card or PayPal
For expedited order processing please specify any special instructions in the online order form. ALL ONLINE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
DELIVERIES
Please be prepared to accept your delivery when it arrives. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstances other than our error, you will be responsible for notifying us within five (5) days and you will bill twice the freight charge if the package is to be re-shipped.
Any adjustment(s) made with your carrier DOES NOT cover Exotic Oil Masters. We inspect all Packages TWICE before being shipped! If you request no signature for your package, it is your sole responsibility if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery, the carrier or Exotic Oil Masters will not be responsible and no claim will be made.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of order being filled. Shipping and Handling charges apply to all orders including mailed in money orders. Please allow between 6 to 15 days to receive your order depending on your location.
DISCOUNTS
All our discounts, sales and promotions are for online orders only, unless otherwise stated in the promotional email. Customers with established discounts in their accounts are not eligible to use coupons or additional discounts.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted. First time orders or orders over $500.00 dollars will be shipped to billing address ONLY. Bank authorization required for shipping to non-billing address.
CHECK POLICY: We no longer accept Business or Personal Checks or C.O.D. (Cost On Delivery) Payments.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do not ship outside of the United States of America.
SHORTAGE, DAMAGED PACKAGES, SPILLAGE AND BREAKAGE
If you find that your order is short, please notify us immediately (UPON RECEIPT), and we will send a UPS inspector to verify all claims made. Any adjustment(s) that you make with the carrier must have a claim number assigned to it for reference. Do not accept a badly damaged package! All orders leave our Premises in good condition. Contact UPS IMMEDIATELY (1-800-742-5877) or FedEx (1-800-463-3339 if Damage, Spillage or Breakage has occurred, because our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. You must have a claim # from the carrier.
RETURNS
Returns sent without our authorization will be discarded and no credit will be given. All claims must be made within 7 days of the invoice date with a claim # from the carrier to speed up the process.
AVAILABILITY INFO
We have a wide inventory of merchandise. It is impossible to list every item. New Items arrive frequently. Stocked and closeouts prices are subject to change without notice. Certain items can be discontinued without notice. If you have a request, please ask us or visit our website: www.exoticoilmasters.com. Please Note: Fragrance Oils will Stain Clothes and Furniture. All fragrances oils sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
FEDERAL & STATE INSTITUTIONS
All deliveries made to federal and state institutions require special regulations for delivery of packages including purchase order forms. It is the customers or third party’s responsibility as to what is prohibited. Any pre-authorized returns will withhold a 20% restocking fee.

All scented products: Lotions, Body Wash, Shower Gel, etc. are customized blends that are formulated. There is a restocking fee of 20% of the original price that Exotic Oil Masters will withhold if any of these products are returned
Exotic Oil Masters does not give cash refunds. We’ll issue a store credit after we have granted authorization. Store credits issued via online store can only be redeem through the website. If you’ve been issued a store credit through the phone, you’ll have to redeem the credit on your next phone order.
